We have dedicated rooms available for programming, and are looking for additional panels, workshops, and events to fill them! We have two primary areas available for programming. The large panel room come with a presenter table, chairs, and microphone setup, and plenty of audience seating. Then the smaller workshop room seats about 30 attendees in a classroom format. (Best for small demonstration panels or workshops.)
All submissions must be reviewed and approved by our program director, and you will be contacted with more information after the submission period is complete. Programming space is limited, and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Also, keep in mind that someone else may have already submitted a similar panel idea, and not all submissions will be accepted. We are looking for entertaining and/or informative programming that will appeal to many attendees, so try to make your topic something less generic than “Cosplay Tips” or “We <3 Anime”.
Panelists will receive a partial or full refund to their registration, payable after their agreed upon panel times are complete. If you are interested in offering a panel, workshop, or demonstration at SacAnime, please complete the application form below. Incorrectly filled out or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
