Open Auditions

We are looking for performers interested in getting some stage time at this summer’s SacAnime. If you have a dance routine, a single musical act, or know how to juggle Ramune bottles, we’re looking for you!

If you think you have what it takes to perform in front of a couple thousand screaming anime fans, send us the following information:
  • Your Full Name, or the Full Name of your Group’s Representative
  • Your Stage Name (eg: Lovely Larry, or The Para Para Freakazoids)
  • The name of your performance
  • The type of performance (singing, dancing, martial arts, etc…)
  • The estimated length of your performance
  • Any special on-stage equipment your performance may need
  • A link to either a video of your act, or of previous performances

    Performance Guidelines

    SacAnime is a celebration of Asian popular culture, and as such, any performances must relate to this theme in some manner.

    Also, we are a family friendly convention, so performances must be kept PG-13. No overly skimpy costumes, foul language, or gratuitous sexual content.

    The Costume Events Director has final authority on performances, and must approve all content before the act will be allowed on stage.
