Registration Frequently Asked Questions

  • Refund and Transfer tickets to the Next Show
    We do not offer refunds but you can transfer your tickets to the next show. Just print them out and bring them to our next event.

  • Transferring Tickets to another name:
    SacAnime does not check Ids. Anyone may use a valid Pre-Registration ticket. They just need to present the barcode either printed out or on a smartphone to the Pre-Registration Staff when they arrive at the Sheraton Grand for the show. The ticket(s) will be exchanged for wristbands and badges.

  • Name Change Single and Multiple Tickets:
    Due SacAnime’s ticketing system, all tickets are issued in the name of the purchaser. This will not prevent anyone from attending the show. They will present their ticket when they arrive at the Pre-Registration room at the Sheraton Grand. The staff will redeem it for a wristband. We are unable to change the name on the ticket.

  • Local VIP Inquiry
    At this time, a hotel reservation confirmation is required to purchase a VIP ticket. You can also volunteer for 8 hours at the convention to receive a VIP ticket or 4 hours in order to upgrade a Weekend ticket to VIP.

  • Mailing Tickets
    We do not mail out tickets. Once you purchase your tickets, you will be emailed a confirmation receipt. At the bottom of the email is a link that states ‘Print Your Tickets’. You will need to print your tickets and bring them with you to the show.
