Our contest to find new costume designs for our mascots was met with great success. We got a lot of really good submissions, so it was tough to narrow them down to only a few finalists. Thank you to everyone who entered!
The winning entry was selected by SacAnime attendees during the convention. The winning design will be made into real costumes by our talented mascot cosplayers, and worn during the Summer show!

Our Official Mascot Cosplayers…
PikminLink started making costumes in 1998, creating a Link costume for Halloween. Inspired by her first costume making, PikminLink began researching other costumes on the internet which eventually led her to discover cosplay. For a few years PikminLink posted photos of herself in cosplay on various internet sites. It wasn’t until 2003 that she went to her first costume event, when she was hired by G4 TV to be Link for their costume fashion show during the G-phoria Video Games Award Show. By 2006 PikminLink began doing costume character modeling for many gaming related events and professional character modeling for gaming related companies. She also has been featured and interviewed in multiple gaming and cosplay magazines all around the world and played two costume character parts in the TV show of Entourage. During her cosplay career she has been invited to four different countries as a cosplay guest.
Sai has been cosplaying since 1999 with his first convention being Otakon in Baltimore, MD. His first costume was Duo Maxwell from Gundam Wing Endless Waltz. Since then he has cosplayed from many series and characters such as, Ryuichi from Gravitation, Yaten Kou from Sailor Moon Stars, Sapphire from Sailor Moon R, Aya from Weiss Kreuz, Hunny from Ouran Host Club, Aang from Avatar: The Last Airbender, Lelouch Lamperouge/Vi Britannia from Code Geass, and many more. He has won multiple Craftsmanship awards and performance awards in various conventions. Sai has also been in three Japanese magazine and book publications and was invited to Mexico as an International Male Cosplayer.
