Vendors Room Rules:

  1. The sale of Bootleg Items is not Permitted.
  2. Allowing access of adult material to minors is not permitted.
  3. The sale of weapons to anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted.
  4. Anyone purchasing a weapon must be made aware of SacAnime’s Weapons/Peace Bonding Policy.

Vendor Room Setup:

  • The Loading Docks are located at 1401 K Street (entrance is on L Street at 14th on the right hand side).
  • Traffic Management Personnel will be there to direct you. You will have to move your vehicle once you unload.
  • We will be sharing the Convention Center with The Greek Food Festival. Traffic Management Personnel will be on hand to direct you.
  • Parking for lifted trucks, trucks towing trailers and buses is located at 12th and I street in City Lot D (entrance on I Street)
    Parking rate: $8.00 per night

  • Load Out is Sunday after 6pm.

    Vendor Room Hours:
    Friday: 12pm – 7pm; Opens to VIP members at 11:30am.
    Saturday: 10am – 7pm; Room opens to vendors at 9am and to VIP members at 9:30am
    Sunday: 10am – 6pm; Room opens to vendors at 9am and VIP members at 9:30am
